Privacy Policy - La Baraja

Thank you for playing Mexican Loteria - La Baraja ("the App"), published by Código Móvil. This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Optional account. If you create an account, we store your name, your email address and your password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). We also keep the list of devices linked to your account (a device identifier, the platform and the device model) and the designs you have downloaded, so you can restore them on another device.
Device and app information. To deliver notifications and designs, the App sends a push notification token, a device identifier, the device model, the platform, the app language and the app version.
Screenshot reports. Paid designs are protected. If a screenshot is taken while one is on screen, the App reports the device identifier, the platform and the design involved.
Advertising and analytics. The App shows ads, including rewarded ads, through Google AdMob, and uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to diagnose problems. These services may collect device identifiers, usage data and diagnostics under their own policies.

How we use it

We use this information to run the App, keep your account and your downloaded designs, send notifications you allowed, protect paid designs, show ads, and fix and improve the App. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Your choices

The account is optional; the App works without one.
You can delete your account at any time from the account panel in the App. This deletes your account, its linked devices, its download history and its screenshot reports from our servers. We may keep records needed to prevent abuse, without linking them to your account.
You can turn off notifications in your device settings, and limit ad personalization in your device's privacy settings.

Children

The App is suitable for all ages and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the optional account.

Retention and security

We keep account information while your account exists and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date are always published at this address.
