Synth Studio Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026. This policy covers Synth Studio 1.0.0 for iOS and Android, identified as mx.codigomovil.synthstudio.

Who is responsible

Código Móvil develops Synth Studio. For support or privacy requests, email info@codigomovil.mx.

Data used by the app

Synth Studio generates audio on your device. It saves your presets, favorites and app preferences in local application storage. This release does not send those settings or your audio to a server operated by us.

The app has no account registration, advertising, in-app purchases, analytics or third-party crash-reporting service. It does not record microphone input or access your camera, contacts or location.

Permissions and device backups

The Android package declares internet and network-state permissions. This release does not use them to send personal information, saved presets or generated audio to us.

Your operating system may include app data in device backups, depending on your settings. Apple and Google handle their system services under their own policies. These services are separate from data collection by Synth Studio.

Storage and deletion

Saved settings remain on your device until you remove them or clear the app's data. You can remove local app data through the options available on your operating system, including deleting the app. Restoring a device backup may restore previously saved data. We do not hold a server copy of your presets and cannot retrieve or delete local data remotely.

If you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if included and the information you send. We use this correspondence to respond to your request and keep it as needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, or raise a privacy concern, email info@codigomovil.mx with the subject "Synth Studio privacy". Describe your request and provide a way to reply. We will explain any information needed to verify and handle it.

Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page and revise the effective date if the app's data practices change.
